As good as any other balm type make up remover out there. It's only slightly different from the pink original version. This one also does the trick in removing waterproof makeup, and I'd do a double cleanse just to be safe.

I have tried other cleansing oils before, but most of them left the film on the face. This butter by Banila is good: washed off make-up, sunscreen and gives very fresh felling.

This is my favourite balm/oil cleanser - takes off all your makeup. Have tried the pink version, and for some reason I just like this one a little bit better - I have oily skin. it’s not a huge noticeable difference though

First time trying a cleansing balm and I loved it. I don't wear much makeup so I can't speak to that but it felt great on my face and I think the double cleansing helped with my dryness. A small bit goes a long way too!

I go between this cleanser and the original balm. I don’t notice too much of a difference between the two but I love how this brand melts off all the makeup on my skin, even waterproof mascara! this is definitely a repurchase and I recommend if you struggle with taking off makeup or even for oily skin to use part of your double-cleansing skincare routine.

Has a very nice smell to it, cleans your face very nicely and gently. Good amount for the price and easy to take for travel. Will purchase again!

This deep cleansing sherbet type balm cleanser was my first introduction to the world of balm type cleanser and without doubt this has treated my skin very kindly. I don't wear make-up but use this as a double cleans to get rid of all the layers of sunscreen. You only need a small amount, it spreads easily across the face and melts away all the polution, pollen and sunscreen. For a balm cleanser a find this to be very light yet pack a punch in getting rid of all the excess sebum without any drying effect and the smell is absolutely to die for. Would be definately repurchase this.

it's being used on dry skin, which made me very sceptical but once trying it you can't stop using it.

It removes my makeup so easily and is not sticky for me at all. Its nice and slippery and the makeup comes right off and it leaves my skin feeling smoothe even after I wash it.

This balm cleanser is amazing. It melts off all stubborn makeup and sunscreen. Rinses off with no trace of oil and is gentle on the skin. I will be repurchasing this product again.
