How to use

1. Tear along the perforated line at the top and remove the cotton swab.

2. Check the gel impregnated on the cotton swab, then insert it into your nose and gently apply it. (After tearing along the perforated line, roll the cotton swab inside the pouch to evenly distribute the formulation before use.)
