I received my order #112692, but the Tender Wood Hand Cream was missing from my package.

This is honestly the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I paid for my products expecting to receive everything I ordered, and it is unacceptable to receive an incomplete order without any explanation. As a customer, I should not have to spend extra time contacting customer service and dealing with an issue that should never have happened in the first place.

I expect this issue to be taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible. Please arrange to send the missing item to me at no additional cost, or provide an appropriate resolution. I would also appreciate an explanation of how this happened.

I trusted your brand enough to place an order, but this experience has seriously damaged my impression of your company. I hope your team will take responsibility and resolve this matter promptly.

The scent is light and the cream is luxurious and not greasy or sticky. It sinks into my skin well. I'll purchase this again.
