VELY VELY Pink Boosting Toner 300ml is a lightweight, moisturizing toner designed to replenish hydration, soften the skin, and support the skin barrier. The formula combines Portulaca Oleracea Extract, Prickly Pear (Opuntia) extracts, Centella Asiatica, Fig, Ceramide NP, and a grain-derived moisturizing complex to leave skin feeling comfortable, smooth, and hydrated.

Boosts hydration: Designed to prepare dry or dehydrated skin for subsequent skincare products.
