Description
Has a 1.5mm ultra fine pencil tip for easy drawing of lines
Withstands tears, sweat, water, and sebum and will stay on all day
How to use
1. Turn the dial at the bottom in a clockwise direction to twist up about 1.5mm. (Twist until you hear about 7-10 clicks.)
2. Fill in your lash line.
3. Smudge the eyeliner before it completely dries for a softer finish.
[Cautions] This pencil is non-retractable. Twist up a little at a time. Close the cap after use and store in room temperature to prevent the pencil from drying out.
