After tidying up the eye area with a primer, attach the rod using a small amount of perm glue. Fix the eyelashes on the attached rod using perm glue, then apply Step 1 Curl Cream, wait 10-15 minutes, and wipe it off. After organizing the eyelashes into the desired shape, apply Step 2 Curl Fixer, wait 10-15 minutes, and wipe it off. After removing the rod, wipe off any residue remaining around the eyes.Ingredients
