FULLY Rice Ceramide Essence Toner 250ml
Description
Can be improved with just one use, helps improve skin barrier moisturizing, and shows skin barrier improvement and moisturizing persistence for 120 hours.
It is safe to use as it has completed skin irritation testing and sensitive skin irritation testing.
It minimizes skin irritation because it does not contain fragrances that create fragrance, and is a milky white, concentrated essence type with a viscous but refreshing milk texture.
How to use
1) Daily moisturizing care: Take an appropriate amount in your hand and spread it evenly over your skin to allow it to be absorbed.
2) Daily texture care: Moisten a cotton pad with an appropriate amount and apply it along the skin texture to allow it to be absorbed.
3) 3-minute toner pack: For an intensive hydration, soak a cotton pad with the product, apply it to dry areas for 3 minutes, then remove it and gently pat to absorb it.
