      • Each country has a different policy on Hazardous product issues.
      • DODOSKIN is not responsible for informing every hazardous product policy for every country.
      • Please verify with your local customs office on hazardous materials if concern before ordering.

    - Customs Refusal

      • We are not responsible for packages refused by customs, despite of any reason including denial to pay tax, banned importing items, and any other customs related issues.
      • When refused package returns to DODOSKIN, we are not responsible to ship it out again.
      • But we inform our customers of receiving notice of the package and if customers pay shipping cost again, DODOSKIN will ship it out.
      • No refund, no replacement will be incurred by DODOSKIN with any of customs related issues.

    • Nevertheless, if you wish to return it, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
    • If the returned product arrives at DODOSKIN after paying the return shipping cost from the buyer, a refund for the order is possible.

    Order Changes, Cancellation, Address Modification

    Returns & Refunds

    • Contact cs@dodoskin.com within a week of receiving your package, and DODOSKIN will assist you with your return and refund.

    - Damaged & Defective Products

    • If a damaged or defective product arrives, a full refund will be issued.
    • Of course, we will assist with reshipment if you prefer!

    - Different Products

    • If a different product arrives, we will provide a return label and assist with either a refund or reshipment of the correct product.
    • Occasionally, due to remaining stock, the previous version of the product, not the renewed one, may be shipped.
    • In such cases, this is not considered a valid reason for a refund.

    - Change of Mind & Order Mistakes

    • For cases of a simple change of mind or order errors, returns and full refunds are possible.

    US STOCK products are dispatched from the US warehouse, and all other products are dispatched from the Korean warehouse.
