URBANAND Moonlight Flow Oil to Foam Cleanser is a gentle oil-to-foam facial cleanser designed to remove makeup, excess sebum, and daily impurities while helping maintain comfortable, moisturized skin. Its unique formula transforms from an oil-like texture into a soft foam when mixed with water, providing a convenient cleansing experience without an overly stripping feel.
The cleanser features Shine Muscat grape extract, an antioxidant-rich ingredient that helps protect skin from environmental stressors and supports a brighter, healthier-looking complexion. The formula is also vegan and sulfate-free, making it suitable for gentle daily cleansing.
The cleanser is designed to transition from an oil-like texture into a foamy lather when water is added. This allows it to massage easily over dry skin before emulsifying and rinsing clean.
How to use
Apply 2–3 pumps to a dry face.
Gently massage over the skin to dissolve makeup, sebum, and impurities.
Add a small amount of water and continue massaging until the formula emulsifies into foam.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
