1. Cleanse and tone skin first
2. Remove transparent film, place on face with raised part up
3. Align with nose and remove white opaque film
4. Press firmly around nose and cheekbone areas

6. Peel off gently and rinse with water
7. Follow with basic skincare routine
8. Use 2-3 times per week (2x recommended, up to 3x for oily skin)
