The smudge-proof and waterproof formula is infused with Japanese water iris extract and caffeine for nourishing benefits. For optimal effect, evenly apply onto lashes and wait until the product has dried before applying your favorite mascara. Comes in black and clear versions.
Pixar uses a strong coating to hold your eyelashes in place without sagging or smudging.
It is a vegan product that has been certified by the Korea Vegan Certification Center after going through a rigorous certification process and does not contain any animal ingredients.
How to use
This is a step before applying mascara, and should be applied thoroughly from the base of your eyelashes.
