It is more in the cream side, gives more moisture than hydration, improves wrinkles very noticeably and firmness/elasticity

I also have the toner in this line; but I found it to be too vitalizing for my skin. This emulsion is much more calming than the toner; I felt it gave my skin more nutrients, and helped it to even out the skin tone and added nice gentle brightness as well.
