I always spray once or twice on my face after moisturizing. I also keep it in my bag whenever my face feels dry and needs a touch up. It doesnt mess up makeup, and its so light and refreshing! The scent is calming, I would describe it as maybe lavender? I know it smells a bit like those spa bath salts that are supposed to relax you lol. At first I thought of it as just something of a novelty, not really necessary, but I find myself using it and refreshing myself with it several times a day, it has become essential to me - I love it so much more than my evian mists because it takes less space in my bag! I like to keep mine in the fridge so its nice and cool by the time I wake up.
