Soothing and hydrating tonic. The rotten Pyunkang Yul is always a guarantee, I've only been using it for a few days, too few to understand its effectiveness but the comfort once put on the skin is super. The toner is watery, I don't use disks, I apply it with my hands and wait for the skin to absorb it. Advise

Honestly the best toner i have used in my life. it is so light to the point where you cant feel it on your face. ive been struggling to find a moisturizing toner that doesnt look or feel oily and finally have found one, it leaves such a nice glowy dewy effect and has improved my skin already. i have alot of irritation and dryness around the edges of my nose and this has helped heaps to keep it from drying up during the day! would 100% recommend if you struggle with dry skin!

Really pleased with this toner. I might buy it again when it goes on sale. It feels light and leaves my skin feeling fresh. I will update after I have used it for a couple of weeks.

best mildly exfoliating toner, can be used much more frequently than most harsher products. very mild with no stinging as well as being very calming.
