If you receive a damaged product, we’re here to make the return process as smooth and easy as possible. Quick & Easy Returns:
You have 10 days from the date you receive your product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, please ensure that the product has not been used. Don’t forget to keep your proof of purchase or receipt to ensure a smooth return process.
How to Start a Return:
- Contact Us First: Just email us at cs@dodoskin.com with your order details and a photo of the product’s condition. Since we deal with beauty and hygiene products, we need to review this step to ensure everything’s in order. This helps us process your request quickly and accurately.
- Get Your Return Approved: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back to our U.S. warehouse.

Please note that return shipping costs are currently covered only for certain items. If your return doesn’t qualify for free return shipping, you’ll be responsible for covering the shipping costs.

If the total deductions (shipping fees, return fees, customs duties, etc.) exceed the total amount paid, no refund will be issued.
1. Returns Due to Customs or Delivery Issues
Unpaid Customs/Duties:
Refunds will be issued after deducting shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any unpaid customs duties charged to the sender.
Customs Clearance Failure:
Refunds will be issued after deducting shipping fees, return shipping fees, and customs processing fees.
Recipient Not Available:
Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
If the package is returned or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, DODOSKIN cannot cover the shipping costs.
2. Returns Agreed Upon with DODOSKIN
Product Defect:
A full refund will be provided.
Wrong Item Sent:
A full refund will be provided.
Change of Mind:
Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
If you decide you no longer want the product, DODOSKIN cannot cover the return shipping costs.
Wrong Item Ordered by Customer:
Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
If the product ordered is correct but does not meet your expectations, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
Hygiene Products:
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of opened or used beauty products are not eligible for free return shipping.
Return Request After 10 Days of Delivery:
Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
If the return request is made after the 10-day return period, DODOSKIN cannot cover any related shipping costs.
3. Shipping Costs Coverage Policy
We cover shipping costs in the following situations only:

Product Defects: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

Wrong Item: If the wrong product is shipped to you, we will cover the shipping costs to send the correct item.
In all other cases, customers are responsible for return and reshipping costs.
This policy ensures transparency and fairness for all customers.
We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before completing your purchase to avoid unnecessary return costs.
What Happens Next?
- After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank.
Looking to Exchange?
To exchange a product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures that you get what you want as quickly as possible.
Wrong or Damaged Item?

If your product arrives damaged or you got the wrong item, contact us ASAP—we’ll make it right!
Please note that dents or damage to the outer packaging from shipping are not considered product damage. Given that our shipping journey involves long-distance transit, including overseas shipping, occasional dents or marks on the outer box may occur. While we take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive safely, minor damage to the outer packaging does not affect the condition of the product inside.

Certain items, including sale products, gift cards, and some personal care goods, are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety regulations. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
- Please be sure to contact us before sending back any returns. Due to California's strict hygiene laws, all returns must be pre-approved.
