How to use

Fill the bathtub with warm water and add the bath salt, stirring gently by hand. Once the salt has dissolved, soak for 15-20 minutes, then lightly rinse your body with clean water.  
*For a full body bath or half-body bath, it is recommended to use 1 packet (50g), and for a foot bath, use about half a packet (25g).
