Shipping to USA Customers
Free Standard Shipping for Orders Over $60
Free Expedited Shipping for Orders Over $90
We are happy to announce that Standard shipping is now free for all orders of $60 or more, and Expedited shipping is free for all orders of $90 or more.
Once your cart total reaches these amounts, you can choose the applicable shipping option at checkout and pay no shipping cost.
Delivery times will vary by carrier, and depending on the shipping company, your package may also be delivered on a weekend.

Starting from 00:01 AM on August 29, 2025 (EST), the U.S. De Minimis exemption will end, and a 15% customs duty will be applied to U.S. orders.
Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, including state sales tax, and any additional fees that may arise. Shipping costs and delivery times will be specified at checkout.
As customs regulations and shipping policies can vary, it is advisable to review any additional charges or requirements specific to your location. DODOSKIN is not responsible for any issues or fees related to shipping and handling beyond the initial cost of shipping.
For our customers in the United States, we use UPS, USPS for shipping. We offer two shipping options: Standard and Expedited. Standard shipping typically takes 7 to 10 business day, while Expedited shipping aims to deliver within 7 business day.

Refund amounts may vary depending on the reason for return.
If the total deductions (shipping fees, return fees, customs duties, etc.) exceed the total amount paid, no refund will be issued.
1. Returns Due to Customs or Delivery Issues
Unpaid Customs/Duties:
Refunds will be issued after deducting shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any unpaid customs duties charged to the sender.
Customs Clearance Failure:
Refunds will be issued after deducting shipping fees, return shipping fees, and customs processing fees.
Recipient Not Available:
Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
If the package is returned or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, DODOSKIN cannot cover the shipping costs.
2. Returns Agreed Upon with DODOSKIN
Product Defect:
A full refund will be provided.
Wrong Item Sent:
A full refund will be provided.
Change of Mind:
Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
If you decide you no longer want the product, DODOSKIN cannot cover the return shipping costs.
Wrong Item Ordered by Customer:
Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
If the product ordered is correct but does not meet your expectations, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
Hygiene Products:
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of opened or used beauty products are not eligible for free return shipping.
Return Request After 10 Days of Delivery:
Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
If the return request is made after the 10-day return period, DODOSKIN cannot cover any related shipping costs.
3. Shipping Costs Coverage Policy
We cover shipping costs in the following situations only:

Product Defects: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

Wrong Item: If the wrong product is shipped to you, we will cover the shipping costs to send the correct item.
In all other cases, customers are responsible for return and reshipping costs.
This policy ensures transparency and fairness for all customers.
We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before completing your purchase to avoid unnecessary return costs.

- If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs.
- We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.
- Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. DODOSKIN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
※ Multiple Shipping Addresses
- We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.
※ Restricted Hazardous Items
- Each country has a different policy on Hazardous product issues.
- DODOSKIN is not responsible for informing every hazardous product policy for every country.
- Please verify with your local customs office on hazardous materials if concern before ordering.
- Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted from air-transport due to U.S.
- Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive.
※ Perfumes Require Expedited Shipping
- Please order perfumes (and other products containing nitrogen) through Expedited shipping. Otherwise, the order may be canceled.
※ Food Products Shipping Policy
- For food products, orders shipped to countries outside the U.S. must use Expedited Shipping. Orders placed with Standard Shipping to non-U.S. destinations may be subject to cancellation.
※ Business Days & Holidays
- All orders process and ship Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays within the South Korea.
- Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
- Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following the public holidays in South Korea:

※ Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of out orders are sended within 1-4 business days after the order has been placed.
The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track your delivery, please start by searching on the carrier website. If it doesn't show any results, please contact us at cs@dodoskin.com. For products that are not US 3-DAYS, as they originate from South Korea, tracking information becomes accessible only after the product has arrived at the warehouse in the United States.
Title to the products in your order is transferred from DODOSKIN to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from DODOSKIN to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy, available here.

Shipping Restrictions by Country

Customers from Argentina and Chile must fill in their TAX/TAD IDs on Address Line 2. Due to customs issues in Argentina, you can only order up to 3 items.
- Customers from Brazil must fill in their CPFs on Address Line 2. (As the VAT exemption standard is abolished, the buyer`s VAT number is required.)
- Customers from Brazil can only order up to 3 items.

Customers from Indonesia must fill in their Tax ID (NPWP) on Address Line 2.

Customers from Europe will have to pay all taxes on receipt of products due to a change in European policy from July 1, 2021.

Customers from Peru can only purchase up to 4 items.

Customers from the Philippines: If the weight of the item exceeds 1kg or the value exceeds $170, customs or the shipping company may recognize it as a personal import and require an import permit (Authority to Release Imported Goods (ATRIG)). If the import permit is not provided, the item may be discarded, so please be aware.

Customers from Germany: If the product contains animal-derived ingredients, it may be discarded or returned by customs. Products with a high risk of customs failure include those with PDRN ingredients, Hemohim, or health supplements suspected of containing animal-derived components.

Customers from Brazil and Mexico: The weight of a single order must not exceed 2 kg.
Customs and Taxes Notice (Worldwide)
General Notice
Customers are fully responsible for any customs-related fees, including but not limited to:
- Import taxes
- Value-added taxes (VAT)
- Customs duties
- Service, administration, or warehousing fees
As customs regulations and charges vary by country, we strongly recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order. DODOSKIN is not responsible for any customs-related issues or delays. This policy applies to all international orders and is not specific to DODOSKIN.
Duties & Tax Charges
Duties and taxes are typically charged by the destination country’s customs office once the package arrives. These fees are not included in your purchase price and cannot be estimated or confirmed by DODOSKIN.
If the customer refuses to pay these charges and the shipment is returned, the following costs will be deducted from the refund (if applicable):
- Original shipping fee
- Return shipping fee
- Any customs/duty charges incurred during the return process
Note:
- In the case of FedEx, duties unpaid by the recipient may be billed to DODOSKIN. In such cases, these amounts will be deducted from the refund.
- For DHL, duties may still be charged directly to the customer. If duties are charged to the sender (DODOSKIN), the cost will be deducted from the refund. If duties remain with the customer, no refund will be issued based on unpaid duties.
Refused or Returned Packages
If a package is refused or undeliverable due to customs issues, including failure to pay import duties or restrictions on the item, DODOSKIN will not issue a refund or replacement.
If the returned package is received at our warehouse, customers may choose to:
- Reship the order by paying the new shipping fee, or
- Request a refund, which will be processed after deducting all applicable fees (original shipping, return shipping, customs charges).
Voluntary returns are accepted only if the customer covers the return shipping cost. Once the return is received and inspected, a partial refund may be issued.
- Customs Refusal (Worldwide)
- We are not responsible for packages refused by customs, despite of any reason including denial to pay tax, banned importing items, and any other customs related issues.
- When refused package returns to DODOSKIN, we are not responsible to ship it out again.
- But we inform our customers of receiving notice of the package and if customers pay shipping cost again, DODOSKIN will ship it out.
- No refund, no replacement will be incurred by DODOSKIN with any of customs related issues.
- Nevertheless, if you wish to return it, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- If the returned product arrives at DODOSKIN after paying the return shipping cost from the buyer, a refund for the order is possible.
